Bio:

Markus received his bachelor’s degree in computer science from JKU Linz, where he did his thesis on Deep Reinforcement Learning Assisted Monte Carlo Tree Search. Before his studies, he worked as a software engineer and programmed automation software for glass production. During his time at JKU Linz, Markus also worked for the LIT Cyber-Physical Systems Lab, where he analyzed Cyber-Physical Production Systems using Machine Learning, with a focus on Graph Neural Networks.

Markus is currently completing a master’s degree in artificial intelligence and is doing his thesis with the OPTIMA laboratory.
